3 injured in multiple-vehicle crash in Fond du Lac Co., WI | Sgt. Brandon Henning

July 24, 2025Fond du Lac Co., WI – On Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 4:59 p.m. the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received multiple 911 calls of a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of USH 151 and Golf Course Drive, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac County.

Deputies from the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, Mount Calvary Fire Department/EMS, and paramedics from City of Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue responded to the scene.

Initial investigation showed a northbound delivery van/box truck, operated by a 36-year-old male from Green Bay, struck a northbound SUV, operated by a 39-year-old female from Fond du Lac, that was stopped waiting to make a left turn to go west on Golf Course Drive.

After the northbound SUV was struck, it was forced into the southbound lane where it was struck by a southbound SUV operated by a 55-year-old male from Fond du Lac.

The 36-year-old male from Green Bay was transported via ambulance to Aurora Medical Center in Fond du Lac to be evaluated for his injuries. The 55-year-old male from Fond du Lac was transported via ambulance to St. Agnes Hospital for minor injuries.

The 39-year-old female was transported to St. Agnes Hospital and subsequently transported via ambulance to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee for serious injuries. The driver of the northbound delivery van/box truck is cooperating with the investigation.

The crash remains under investigation by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Mt Calvary Fire and Ambulance, and City of Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue. USH 151 between CTH K and CTH WH was closed for approximately 1.5 hours.

No further information is being released at this time.
