November 17, 2025 – Town of Farmington, Wi – On November 16, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center received multiple 911 calls reporting that a vehicle had crashed into a residence on County Highway H in the Town of Farmington.

Callers advised one person was lying on the ground injured and three individuals had been inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Deputies from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and troopers from the Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene. The Village of Kewaskum Police Department assisted with shutting down County Highway H.

Emergency personnel from the Fillmore Fire Department and Newburg Rescue were also requested. Prior to the arrival of dispatched units, a member of the Waubeka Fire Department came upon the crash and, recognizing the severity of the injuries, requested West Bend Intercept and Flight for Life.

The initial investigation determined a westbound vehicle occupied by three coworkers left the roadway after the driver and rear passenger became involved in a verbal dispute.

The vehicle entered the ditch, became airborne, and struck the residence several feet above ground level.

The driver and front passenger suffered minor injuries and assisted in extricating the rear passenger, who suffered serious injuries. The residence was occupied at the time, but no one inside was harmed.

The home sustained significant damage; however, a damage estimate is not yet available. County Highway H was closed for approximately three and a half hours for crash reconstruction and vehicle removal. The injured passenger was transported to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
