4 WBW volleyball selected All-Conference and Emy Miller is Player of the Year

November 18, 2025 – West Bend, Wi – Four players from the West Bend West volleyball team have been selected All-Conference in the  Glacier Trails Conference and Senior Emy Miller is the Conference Player of the Year.

Volleyball

First Team All-Conferences: Emy Miller and Laila Hertel.

Miller a defensive specialist, achieved over 1,000 digs and service receives, breaking school records in both categories. In the Glacier Trails Conference, she is ranked 1st in digs and 4th in ace serves. In Wisconsin Division 1, Miller is ranked 8th in digs.

Laila Hertel is an outside hitter and finished her career with 414 kills, 201 digs, 183 service receives, and 48 blocks.

Second Team All-Conference

Morgan Winkler and Emmalee Heniadis.

Morgan Winkler, a setter, finished her career with 411 kills, a 95% serving percentage with 70 ace serves, 415 digs, and 651 assists. In the Glacier Trails Conference, Winkler is ranked 3rd in assists, 4th in digs, and 9th in ace serves.

Emmalee Heniadis, an outside hitter, finished her season with 301 kills, a 94% serving percentage with 33 ace serves, 229 digs, 377 service receives, and 35 blocks. In the Glacier Trails Conference, Heniadis is ranked 1st in kills and 37th in Wisconsin Division 1 schools.

Special Recognition

Emy Miller was also selected the Glacier Trails Player of the Year.
