Feb. 2, 2018 – West Bend, WI – The final stage of construction is wrapping up at Karl’s Place, 450 Water Street, in West Bend.
American Construction Services Inc., is expecting to get an occupancy permit this week. The furniture is scheduled to be delivered and installed within the next week.
As with all its projects, American Companies are happy to deliver their guarantee, ‘High quality, on time, on budget, at American you get all three.’
American Architectural Group, Inc. received conditional approval on its plans from the State of Wisconsin on July 7, 2017.
“The creation of Karl’s Place for Family Promise of Washington County was a wonderfully gratifying experience for American Architectural Group. Family Promise’s Building Committee was knowledgeable, committed, creative and willing to investigate every possible option. The result is a uniquely innovative, highly functional, comfortably homey, efficient and surprisingly economical facility which will benefit the community for many years.” – Pat Storrs, Architect at American Architectural Group, Inc.
Construction began shortly after plans were approved, with an official groundbreaking on Sept. 5, 2017. In seven months, Karl’s Place went from plan to occupancy.
This timely completion is a true testament to the collaboration between American Companies and Family Promise.
“At American we are accountable to our customers, our partners, and our community. Our work with Family Promise, as well as many other local non-profits, is our way to support the community that supports us.” – Kraig Sadownikow, President of American Companies
