December 24, 2025 – West Bend, WI – The Centrum Building, 120 N. Main Street, in downtown West Bend, WI, has been sold. On a side note… look at all those green trees and bushes.
According to records in the City Assessor’s office Geoff Littrel sold the building December 18, 2025, to Kettle Ridge Properties LLC, which is registered to Amanda Follett of West Bend, WI. The property was listed at $2 million, and the sale price was $1.8 million.
According to the assessment notes the city valued the commercial property at $2,028,000 million.
On a history note, the Centrum Building has had a series of owners. According to records in the City Assessor’s office the building sold August 19, 2019, for $1,250,000. Records show Centrum Building LLC sold to Centrum Rentals LLC. In 2019 the property was assessed at $1,593,900.
The parcel previously sold September 1, 2001, for $1,400,000.
