February 22, 2026 – Milan, Italy – Former Olympic gold medalists are heaping praise on Jordan Stolz following the conclusion of the 2026 Winter Olympics. Dan Jansen, who won a gold medal in the 1000 meter in the 1994 Olympics, said Stolz “skated beautifully and has a lot to be proud of.”
Stolz wrapped up the Olympics with two gold, one silver, and a 4th-place finish in the Mass Start.
Jansen said, “I know you wish for four golds but there’s so much that has to happen for that to happen.”
Another former Olympic gold medalist Apolo Ohno echoed Jansen, saying he is mighty proud of the 21-year-old from Washington County, Wi.
Coming up March 5, 2026 is the final race of the ISU World Cup season as Allrounds are hosted at the Thialf in Heerenveen.
