Ralph was born on August 1, 1961 to Denis and Marian (nee Weninger) Vogt. He grew up on a dairy farm in the Town of Wayne; one of nine children. It was there he learned the importance of a strong work ethic at an early age. Ralph often reflected on the many blessings of his formative environment, where the values instilled by farm and family would define his life.

He graduated from Kewaskum High School, class of 1979. Friendships he built in school remained strong throughout his life. He valued the camaraderie of his “79-er breakfast club” where many mornings were filled with laughter, reminiscing about the good ‘ol days.

Ralph married the love of his life, Lea Bojarski, on December 21, 1996 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Nenno, WI. He described Lea as his most cherished gift and together they created a life centered on faith, family, and friendship.

Family held a special meaning in his life, and he deeply valued moments that captured the joy and togetherness of his kids and grandkids. He was a proud and dedicated father of four children and was honored to be Grandpa to three amazing grandchildren.

In addition to being a family man, Ralph was a farmer and steward of the land, business owner, card player, basketball and AYO softball coach, Harley rider, and stock market enthusiast.

He was an industrious entrepreneur who possessed an extraordinary ability to logically assess risk, delay gratification, and pursue perceived opportunities with conviction. He believed deeply in hard work, patience, and long-term thinking.

For 30 years, he worked alongside his business partner at M&R Machining in Germantown, where they built a successful business and earned deep respect for their work ethic and craftsmanship. A man of strong faith, Ralph was a loyal member of Resurrection Catholic Parish in Allenton.

Ralph leaves behind countless friends and family whose lives were enriched by his kindness, humor, and steady presence. In a final message of love and reassurance, he wrote, “When the Lord calls for you, I will be waiting to greet you with open arms. Until then, you’ve got angels watching over you. Love always, Ralph.”

Those left to cherish Ralph’s memory include his wife, Lea; his children: Eric Vogt (Lauren Grebe), Beth (Chris) Tupper, Lauren (Danny) Seitz, and Alex Vogt; his grandchildren: Emily Tupper, Olivia Tupper, and Henry Denis Vogt.

He is further survived by his siblings: Dave (Rose) Vogt, Joel Vogt, Linda Vogt, Mary (Gary) Klink, Caroline Beine, and Ken (Jackie) Vogt; father-in-law: Jerome Bojarski; brothers and sisters in-law: Randy Schoenoff, Kathy (Gary) Emmer, Jeff (Dawn) Bojarski, Chris (Becca) Bojarski, Beth Bojarski (Mark Winter), Joel (Sarah) Bojarski; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, Denis and Marian Vogt; beloved brother Nick; sister Barb; brother-in-law Steve Beine; and mother-in-law Gertrude Bojarski.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Hartford on Saturday, March 14 at 12:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at Terrace 167 in Richfield, from 2:00 – 6:00, with a meal to be served.

Those wishing to send flowers may direct them to Terrace 167.
