Packer legend LeRoy Butler to deliver Living Word Lutheran HS commencement address

Jackson, WI – Living Word Lutheran High School is honored to announce that LeRoy Butler, Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, will deliver the keynote address at the Class of 2025 Graduation Commencement Ceremony.

The ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 31 at 11 a.m. at the school’s campus in Jackson, Wisconsin.

LeRoy Butler is celebrated not only for his remarkable 12-season NFL career with the Green Bay Packers, including four All-Pro selections and a Super Bowl XXXI victory, but also for his inspirational journey marked by perseverance, leadership, and faith. Butler is widely known as the creator of the iconic “Lambeau Leap” and has become a symbol of determination, overcoming early-life challenges to achieve greatness on and off the field.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Mr. Butler to speak to our graduating seniors,” said David Miskimen, Executive Director at Living Word Lutheran High School.

“His story of overcoming adversity, committing to excellence, and giving back to the community aligns beautifully with the values we seek to instill in our students. Our graduates and their families will benefit greatly from his message of hope and resilience.”

The Class of 2025 commencement ceremony is a ticketed event, and open to invited guests of our graduates.
