Dr. Kristine Neuburg leaving Gentle Dental Emporium to begin new chapter in life

Town of West Bend, WI – The team at Gentle Dental Emporium in the Town of West Bend, WI, will carry on however its founder, Dr. Kristine Neuburg DDS, informed friends and patients this week that she is starting a new chapter in her life.

“It is with a very heavy heart that I write this letter to you all after nearly a year of soul-searching and prayerful deliberation my husband and I have decided to leave West Bend and move to Chippewa Falls to tackle the next chapter of our lives as grandparents to our new wonderful grandchildren.

“While this decision brings us much personal joy and excitement, it also creates much sadness because this means I will be leaving the Gentle Dental Emporium as owner and Dentist as of September 1, 2025.

“I feel so honored and grateful to have been able to care for your dental health for these past 22 years, I hope I have served you well as that was always my goal and heartfelt desire.

“Thank you for all the laughter the tears and the shared life experiences. It has truly been my greatest honor and achievement to be the leader of this incredible Gentle Dental family I will miss each and every one of you more dearly than I can adequately express in this short letter.”

Dr. Neuburg said the dental practice will remain and staff will “continue my mission of caring for you with the utmost compassion, skillful gentle hands, and loving hearts.”

On a history note:

Dr. Jim Bero, Gentle Dental

Dr. Neuburg’s dad Kenneth Bero started the Gentle Dental practice in 1983. A 1980 dental school graduate, Bero worked at a practice on the second floor of a building on Hawthorn Drive and S. Main Street before stepping out on his own.

It was October 11, 2020, when Dr. Neuburg and her husband broke ground on the new/current location on Highway P and County Highway NN in the Town of West Bend, Wi.

“The integrity of the dental office is so important to us. We’ve been in the West Bend community a long time; we’re a local business and we hope to be a blessing to all,” said Neuburg.
