Freeze Warning tonight for Washington County and neighboring communities

October 23, 2025 – Washington Co., WI – There’s a freeze warning in effect for West Bend, Washington County and neighboring communities in southeast Wisconsin.

The National Weather Service issued a freeze warning from midnight tonight to 9 a.m. CDT on Friday, October 24, 2025.

Tonight
Widespread frost, mainly after 2 a.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 30. Northwest wind around 5 mph.
Friday
Widespread frost, mainly before 9 a.m. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 52. Northwest wind around 5 mph.
Friday Night
Widespread frost, mainly after 5 a.m. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 33. Calm wind.
Saturday
Widespread frost, mainly before 7 a.m. Grab a hoodie and mittens and visit Tom Schwai on last time this season at the Farmers’ Market. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 56. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Then remember to head to Homestead to watch WBE boys try to advance in the WIAA soccer playoffs. Game time is 1 p.m.

Temperatures 30 to 35 degrees will result in frost formation. Slightly warmer and less frost near Lake Michigan.

“Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold,” according to the National Weather Service.

Neighbors across Washington County may want to take note as the National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning.
