Head-on crash with injuries in Town of Addison | By Sgt Brad Rodich

February 10, 2025 – Town of Addison, WI – On February 9, 2025 at 8:06 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Communication Center received 911 calls of a two vehicle head-on crash on Hwy 33 west of Hy 175 in the Town of Addison.

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies, Wisconsin State Patrol Troopers, and Allenton Fire and Rescue were subsequently dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival four patients were located. Additional ambulances were requested from West Bend Fire and Rescue.

One of the patients was found to have more severe injuries and Flight For Life was requested to the scene.
Two other patients were transported via ambulance to local hospitals, and the fourth did not require medical attention.

Hwy 33 was shut down between Hwy 175 and CTH U for approximately two hours for rescue operations and to clear the scene.

The investigation revealed that the eastbound vehicle crossed into the westbound lanes, striking the westbound vehicle head-on in its lane.
Scene reconstruction was completed on site. Impairment was a factor in this crash, and this investigation is ongoing.

February 9, 2025 – Town of Addison, Wi – All lanes of STH 33 are closed just west of Highway 175 in the Town of Addison following a head-on crash Sunday evening around 8:20 p.m. UPDATE: Flight for Life has been called to the scene.

Motorists are encouraged to move over for emergency vehicles.

Washington County Sheriff’s deputies are on scene and three ambulances have been requested from West Bend Fire Department.

The crash is about 2.5 miles west of Allenton.
