West Bend, Wi – Horicon Bank, with branches in West Bend, Mayville, Horicon, and 17 other locations across southeast Wisconsin, has issued a statement regarding Saturday hours starting in the New Year, 2026. The notice is below.

Beginning January 1, 2026, our Horicon Bank branches will transition to My Virtual Teller service only on Saturdays.
What does this mean for West Bend Customers?
This means our West Bend location will no longer offer lobby or drive-up services on Saturdays after January 1, 2026. Instead, our My Virtual Teller (located in our drive up) will be available for all your Saturday transactions.
What is My Virtual Teller?
Horicon Bank My Virtual Teller is an Interactive Teller Machine (or ITM) that utilizes touch screen technology to provide a personalized banking experience with a live Horicon Banker. With My Virtual Teller you can:
Complete nearly all teller transactionsincluding cash deposits and withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account transfers.
Speak directly with a local banker via video for personalized assistance.
Enjoy extended service hours beyond traditional branch times. My Virtual Teller is available Monday-Friday 7am-6pm and Saturdays 7am-2pm.
While traditional lobby and drive up service will not be available on Saturdays, our friendly virtual bankers will be ready to assist you during these longer hours from West Bend and more than 20 My Virtual Teller locations in our communities.
