March 12, 2026 – Washington Co., Wi – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the following information pursuant to WI Statute 301.46(2m) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety, awareness and protection. The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex offense.
Jacob R. J. Brandt will be released from prison on March 17, 2026. After his release he will reside at 1725 Cth NN in the Township of Jackson. In 2021 Jacob R. J. Brandt was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of Child. Jacob R. J. Brandt will be on probation until March 17, 2031. He will be monitored closely by WI-DOC Division of Community Corrections. Jacob R. J. Brandt will have numerous rules and restrictions to follow.
This sex offender has served the prison sentence imposed on him by the courts. He is NOT wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear, but rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
