According to the Museum of Wisconsin Art, Davidson’s, “creativity and talent brought the streets to life with color and imagination.”
What a mighty group of artists this year as stormy weather on Saturday cut short the design process. Artists scrambled to spread plastic tarps and save what they could from the rain.
