February 3, 2026 – Village of Richfield, Wi – This week the Richfield Joint Plan Commission will review a proposal for The Forge restaurant to open at 2102 STH 164. Formerly home to Lishka-Schmidt Saloon, Pleasant Hill Tap, The Hairy Lemon Pub, and most recently Pleasant Hill Bar & Grill, the location is the next venture for Shaun Bowe and the Angel’s Share Hospitality Group.
Bowe and his team come to the table with establishments including: The Stillery in Grafton, Von Rothenburg Bier Stube and Relish Supper Club in Germantown, and The Millstone in Merton.
