West Bend, WI – West Bend West JV1 had a clean sweep against Sheboygan South Red Wings this week. With final scores: 25-6, 25-7, and 25-8. Maci Spaeth had great serves with 6 aces.
Eloise Hughes did a great job getting a good set out of every pass to record 13 assists and Samantha Kelly was strong in the front row with 5 kills.
The Spartans were able to run plays which helped the team win. Everyone worked together to get the win, knowing that every loss point is more motivation to came back and do what we need to do.
The Spartans are 4 – 0 in the Glacier Trails Conference. The team’s next match is Thursday, October 2 at Cedarburg with a 5:30 p.m. start time.
