Winter Weather Advisory in Washington County, Wi followed by arctic blast

January 18, 2026 – Washington Co., Wi – The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 6 p.m. Sunday evening to noon CST Monday, January 19, 2026. Let’s see your best winter weather photo.

Light snow has been accumulating this afternoon and evening, with total accumulations of 1 to 1.5 inches.
The NWS said there will be areas of blowing snow late tonight into Monday morning, with wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph. 

 

Plows and salters have been out but motorists can expect slippery road conditions and periods of reduced visibility. 

Then, buckle in, as a cold weather advisory sweeps in for the next few days with arctic temps and windchills up to 29-degrees below zero.
