Nice work by WB police and employee at Cash Store to make arrest of woman

Nov. 8, 2016 0- West Bend, WI – On Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, at 12:00 p.m., a female entered the Cash Store at 1021 S. Main Street.

 

An employee recognized the female as a suspect wanted by the Green Lake County Sheriff’s for Attempted Homicide.

The employee immediately notified the West Bend Police Department.

 

Officers responded and observed the suspect’s vehicle in the parking lot.

 

Officers then entered the business and took Cynthia Stark-Griffin, 57, into custody. There were no injuries to any citizens or officers.

The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Department released information to the press on Monday, November 7th regarding Cynthia Stark-Griffin being wanted for Attempt Homicide.

Both the clerk at the Cash Store and officers recognized her as the suspect that Green Lake County was seeking. West Bend Police notified the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Department and deputies from Green Lake County have taken custody of Stark-Griffin.
