Horicon Bank promotes Andrea Kaehny

July 9, 2026 – West Bend, Wi – Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrea Kaehny to Mortgage & Consumer Credit Officer.

Kaehny brings more than 25 years of banking experience to her new role, including 12 years with Horicon Bank, most recently serving as Senior Vice President – Mortgage Loan Officer in our West Bend, Wi market.

Throughout her tenure, she has built strong, lasting relationships through strategic loan origination, disciplined pipeline management, and a steadfast commitment to exceptional customer service. Kaehny has a proven track record of exceeding production goals while maintaining sound credit quality and fostering long-term partnerships.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to community involvement. She serves on the Schlegel Foundation Board and the Volunteer Center of Washington County Board. She is actively involved with Financial Literacy Reality Day, The Threshold Inc., and the YMCA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she also earned a Certificate of Executive Leadership.

In her new role, Andrea will oversee the Bank’s Mortgage and Consumer Loan Originators, with responsibility for driving continued growth in the Bank’s mortgage and retail loan portfolios. She will also collaborate closely with compliance, loan processing, and loan servicing teams to ensure strong execution and effective risk management.
