September 14, 2026 – West Bend, Wi – A heavy police presence at Meijer grocery in West Bend on Monday morning. A statement will be released later today by the Washington County Sheriff. Early word is the Sheriff’s Department was involved in a vehicle pursuit on the south side of the county on Sunday. Deputies lost track of the vehicle.
West Bend police found the vehicle parked at the grocery store off S. Main Street and the driver was reportedly found inside the store and taken into custody.
