$24 to $30 pay range based on experience.

• Managing a crew of 1 to 2 other landscapers

• Ensuring a professional onsite image is maintained

• Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized and clean to be productive and hit scheduled goals

• The point person for our customers-keeping them in the know on their landscape, making recommendations, and ensuring they are

happy with our services

• Updating all systems/paperwork to keep the company operating smoothly

• Be a part of a positive working environment

Skills and requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in the industry and as a crew leader

• Driver’s license-able to drive company vehicles
