March 11, 2025 – Washington Co., WI – A couple neighbors phoned in for details regarding a crash Sunday afternoon in the area of I41 near Obermeyer’s 41 Auto Body, just past the Allenton on ramp to I41 southbound.
According to Washington County Sheriff Martin Schulteis the call came in at 4:27 p.m. on I41 southbound at Wildlife Road.
Witnesses said a vehicle was swerving on the Interstate when it cut across traffic and crashed.
The State Patrol handled the call.
According to the Sheriff, the driver, a 32-year-old Milwaukee man, was booked into the Washington County jail for marijuana possession and OWI. It did not appear he was hurt.
