November 7, 2025 – Hartford, Wi – Jennifer Morgan, 56, of Hartford, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Crossroads Care Center in Fond du Lac Wisconsin.
Jenny was born September 6, 1969, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Robert Wiegert and Barbara (Riege) Woods.
Jenny met Greg Nahay, the love of her life, on January 1, 2004. Together they enjoyed watching cooking shows, going for walks and entertaining family and friends. One of Jenny’s favorite things to do was cook big meals for the ones she loved.
When she wasn’t in the kitchen, she liked to spend time in her garden growing fresh vegetables. Her greatest joy was spending time with Greg and her kitties – Rinky and Diego listening to 70’s music. In 2017 Jenny became a proud grandma for the first time and loved spending as much time as she could with her grandson.
Jenny is survived by her “honey” Greg; daughter Cassandra Key; grandsons Jackson and Cole Key; parents Robert Weigert and Barbara (Alan) Woods; and siblings Robert (Laurie) Wiegert, David Woods (Cassandra) and Marlena Woods. Family in love; Karen Nahay, Gail Boerger, Jill (Jack) Kirnberger. She is also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Jenny is preceded in death by her brother Jason Woods, her paternal and maternal grandparents and Greg’s Dad Jim Nahay.
The family would like to send its thanks to Cross Roads Care Center in Fond du Lac for caring for Jenny and the family and friends who visited her.
