Obit: Victor C. Loberger, 64, of West Bend.

 

April 30, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Victor C. Loberger, 64, of West Bend, bowed his knee to the Lord on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Kathy Hospice, West Bend.

He was born on July 31, 1952 to the late Victor and Signe (nee Gustafson) Loberger in Dagget, MI. He moved to West Bend with his family in 1959. He graduated from West Bend High School in 1970. From an early age Victor battled Muscular Dystrophy, but he overcame many of its obstacles. Victor attended Bob Jones University in South Carolina. He loved computers and running his own radio station called Love Shadows, streaming music to people. He liked NASCAR, collecting stamps and coins. Victor was the go to guy to fix computers, always willing to help family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Those Victor leaves behind to cherish his memory include his two brother, Gordon (Ethelyn) Loberger of Murray, KY and Myron (Deanna) Loberger of Appleton; a sister-in-law, Eldoris Loberger of Spartenburg, SC; a brother-in-law, Richard Dreher; good friends, Gain Anderson and Don Miske; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers, Elden Loberger and Dennis Loberger; his sister, Carole Dreher; and a sister-in-law, Rev. Diane Loberger.

A memorial service in remembrance of Victor will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Brookside Baptist Church, 4470 Pilgrim Rd., Brookfield.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the church Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Memorials to Brookside Church or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Victor’s name would be appreciated by the family.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Visiting Angels, Amy and John, and to Kathy Hospice for all their help and care.

The Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Homes have been entrusted with Victor’s arrangements.
