April 17, 2021 – West Bend, WI – David Kevin Knaus, 54, from Kiel, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
A Wisconsin State Trooper responded to a rollover crash that struck a traffic sign board on US 45 just south of Chestnut St.
The driver was identified as David K. Knaus and was administered a standardized field sobriety test. Mr. Knaus showed signs of impairment throughout the test. Mr. Knaus was arrested and transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary chemical test of his
blood.

He is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired (5th offense), Operating after Suspension, Failure to Maintain Control, and Felony Bail Jumping.
