Teens injured in 2-vehicle crash in Dodge County, WI | By Sheriff Dale J. Schmidt

September 4, 2025 Dodge Co., WI – On Thursday, September 4, 2025, at approximately 6:41 a.m., the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 16/60 at County Highway KW, in the township of Lowell, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Initial investigation shows a Chevrolet Cobalt was northbound on County Highway KW and failed to yield right-of-way from a stop sign and was struck by a Toyota Camry that was eastbound on State Highway 16/60.

The driver of the Toyota was a 42-year-old female from Columbus, the sole occupant, who was transported by ambulance to Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Chevrolet was a 17-year-old female and was transported by ambulance to UW Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A 16-year-old male passenger of the Chevrolet was transported by Flight for Life medical helicopter to the Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Assisting at the scene were the Clyman, Lowell, and Reeseville Fire Departments, as well as first responders, Beaver Dam Paramedics, Lifestar Ambulance Service, Flight for Life Medical Helicopter, and the Dodge County Emergency Response Team.

Names are being withheld due to the involvement of juveniles, and the crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team.
