Jan. 28, 2019 – Washington County, WI – The seemingly endless drone of the neighborhood snow blowers drags on as the snow continues to fall across southeastern Wisconsin. Snow shovels are heard scraping over and over again as driveways and porches are cleared of the heavy white stuff.
