West Bend, WI – This year marks the 10th anniversary of h.e.l.p. Corner (health equipment lending program). For the past decade, the h.e.l.p. Corner has proudly provided the community with reliable, affordable access to durable medical equipment, helping ease the burden for individuals and families when they need it most.
Since inception, the h.e.l.p. Corner has loaned 16,749 pieces of medical equipment through 9,113 lending contracts, supporting countless individuals along the way.
“The h.e.l.p. Corner provides a valuable service to the community. People who are recovering from surgery or an injury would otherwise need to purchase these items and possibly never need them again. Clients are so thankful that our service is available.” – Delores P.
This milestone would not be possible without the support and collaboration of our valued community partners which include The Threshold, the Aging and Disability Resource Center, and the United Way of Washington County. We are grateful for their continued partnership in helping us serve those in need.
