West Bend, WI – Construction work for the new Home2 Suites hotel, part of the Allis Yards development in West Allis, is ready to begin. American Construction Services will act as the construction managers for the site.
The hospitality facility was designed by American Architectural Group, who is also responsible for the structural engineering of the building.
Dan Roskopf of Cobalt Partners, who is developing Allis Yards, stated, “We are very excited about starting the Home2 Suites Hotel, which is a very important part of the Allis Yards revitalization project of 70th Street in West Allis.” The development project also includes the remodel of two office buildings and an events venue.
