Bradley Petersen wins 59th Assembly District seat

November 3, 2026 – Random Lake, WI — Republican candidate Bradley Petersen has won the general election for Wisconsin’s 59th Assembly District, expressing deep gratitude to the voters who placed their trust in him and reflecting on a campaign that brought him closer to the people and communities he is honored to represent.

Looking back on a journey that began in April, Petersen said it was the people he met along the way who made this campaign truly meaningful.

“When we started this journey in the spring, I couldn’t have imagined all the people I would meet or the moments that would stay with me. The conversations on front porches, the farmers who took time out of their busy days, the families who welcomed us into their homes, and the countless people who shared a little piece of their lives with me. I may have arrived at many doorsteps as a stranger, but I rarely left feeling like one. I will carry those memories with me for the rest of my life.”

Petersen said the experience deepened his appreciation for the people, traditions, and values that make the 59th District and Wisconsin special.

“I love this country. I love this state. And I love the communities we are blessed to call home. There is something special about a place where neighbors look out for one another, families put down roots, faith is cherished, and generations work hard to build a better life for those who come after them. That is the Wisconsin I believe in, and that is the Wisconsin I want our children and grandchildren to inherit.”

As he prepares to serve in the Wisconsin State Assembly, Petersen pledged to remember the responsibility that comes with the trust voters have placed in him.

“I am humbled by this opportunity, and I know it is a responsibility far greater than any title or position. I will go to Madison with the voices of our communities in my heart and a commitment to fight for the freedoms, families, and values that make this district special. I pray that God gives me the wisdom, strength, and humility to serve well. I will never forget that this seat belongs to the people who entrusted it to me.”

Petersen closed by reaffirming his commitment to the people he will serve.

“Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I am honored by the trust you have placed in me, and I will work every day to be worthy of it. May God bless you, your families, our communities, the great state of Wisconsin, and the United States of America
