West Bend, Wi – Cedar Community is pleased to announce its marketing team has received four national Aster Awards for healthcare marketing and advertising for 2026. The team earned a Gold Award for its quarterly Live More magazine in the Magazine Publication-Series category, a Gold Award for Brochure Advertising-Multiple Page for their corporate overview, a Gold Award for Magazine Advertising-Ad Series, and a Silver Award for Magazine Advertising-Single Ad.

The Aster Awards are among the most prestigious competitions in healthcare marketing and advertising, recognizing outstanding professionals who demonstrate excellence and innovation in their marketing efforts. The awards honor healthcare organizations, agencies, and marketing professionals whose work exemplifies exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, innovation, and measurable impact.

 

This year’s competition attracted an impressive array of entries from healthcare organizations and agencies across the United States. Submissions were evaluated by an elite panel of marketing and creative professionals using a comprehensive scoring system based on industry standards of excellence. With a perfect score established at 100 percent, only the highest-scoring entries earned recognition. The competition remains highly selective, with just the top-performing entries nationwide receiving awards for excellence in healthcare advertising and marketing communications. Gold Awards represent the top 5 percent of entries nationally, while Silver Awards represent the top 12 percent.

 

Judging criteria included creativity, design and layout, message effectiveness, functionality, production quality, audience appeal, strategic execution, and overall excellence.
