November 23, 2020 – Jackson, WI – David John Petrini, 63, of Jackson, died peacefully on Monday, November 16, 2020 in home hospice in Richfield. He was born March 19, 1957, the son of Armand and Donna (nee Smith) Petrini.
He was preceded in death by his father Armand Joseph. Survivors include his mother Donna, his sister Laura “LJ” (David) Higginbotham and further close family and friends.
David was an avid hunter and golfer and loved Wisconsin. He played and loved football – a life-long fan of the Green Bay Packers.
He loved to work and help others through his strong Christian faith and belief in “God’s Plan.” David would give the shirt off his back for family and friends. In David’s words: “I talked the talk and walked the walk.”
He will be greatly missed for his passion in life. His kindness and character touched the lives of everyone he met.
His love for animals was evident with the many cats he has rescued through his life.
