Feb. 28, 2019 – Hartford, WI – Construction for the 5-story apartment complex in Hartford, Rincón 225, will start after the gold-shovel groundbreaking ceremony, Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 at 11 a.m. (225 N. Main Street).
Representatives from Hartford Badger Development, LLC, Greywolf Partners, Inc., and Consolidated Construction Company, Inc. will be in attendance, along with officials from the City of Hartford.
The five story, 82-unit complex will have studio and 1-3 bedroom apartments, 117 parking spaces including underground parking, and several amenities including an elevator, bike repair station, conference room, dog washing station, coffee bar, fitness room, outdoor living spaces, and a game room.
“The apartment community will be built at the intersection of Main and State streets, and will instantly become one of the most unique and recognizable structures in Hartford,” said Steve Nockerts, communications specialist for Consolidated Construction Company. “Rincón 225 is expected to be a catalyst for further economic development in the area, as residents will be able to easily walk or bike to downtown destinations, helping drive demand for new amenities.”
The apartment complex will be completed by Spring 2020.
