Keeping the Kewaskum PD in your thoughts and prayers | By Chief Tom Bishop

January 31, 2022 – Kewaskum, WI – We would like to take a moment and update the Kewaskum Community regarding one of our officers who has been a member of this department for 21 years.

On January 27, 2022, we received terrible news that Officer Kevin Kohn suffered a major stroke. He is currently alert and in the early stages of working his way to recovery. Our hearts are with him and his family at this time.

After learning of this terrible news, it became abundantly clear that Officer Kohn has an overwhelming amount of love and support in our community. His family gave us permission to send this update as individuals have been reaching out to our department asking where they can send cards and words of support. You can relay anything you would like to Officer Kohn and his family to receive through the Kewaskum Police Department. We will ensure it gets to them.

  1. Hearing this news is very saddening. However, it is good to hear that he is on the path to recovery. Prayers are sent to the family and friends of Officer Kohn and also the Kewaskum Police Department.
