The Dixie Swim Club is the story of 5 women who were members of the Pemberton College women’s swim team.
They became best friends and reunite every year for a weekend in August at a cottage on the Outer Banks.
We see them in 4 scenes when they are ages 44, 49, 54 and 77.
The comedy very much resembles the comedy style of The Golden Girls TV show because one of the playwrights also wrote for that show.
The Kettle Moraine Players are a community theatre group founded in 2006 who have won 16 state, regional and national awards for their productions.
