Letter to the Editor | Vote West Bend School Board and referendum on April 2 ballot | By Bart Williams

West Bend, WI – I am voting for Bill Schulz and Chris Jenkins for West Bend School Board. Bill is a common-sense, concerned, and caring parent of children in the West Bend schools. He wants only the very best for all our kids.

Bill believes in our children being taught rigorously objective truth, not indoctrination (e.g., DIE, SEL, critical race indoctrination, and all the other untruthful Wokeness that purposely divides our community and nation, and leads directly to West Bend schools’ student test scores declining since 2017 – so for years before the CCP Virus planned-demic). Chris Jenkins also has kids in the West Bend schools, and I believe he wants rigorously objective truth being taught to our students, too.
Marietta Bailey has done a great job as District 2 Supervisor on the Washington County Board, and I will be proudly supporting her re-election.
Bill Schmidt has earned my vote for West Bend Aldermanic District 7. He knows we need our roads fixed, responsible financial stewardship (especially with the terrible, family-hurting inflation of the last 38 months), and more efficient local government.
I highly encourage all voters in the districts mentioned to join me in voting for and supporting Bill Schulz, Chris Jenkins, Marietta Bailey, and Bill Schmidt. Also, please vote YES on both referenda questions. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Bart Williams
West Bend
