First Lobster Truck in Washington County, Wi, now open for business

Goeman and Smith own the franchise license for the Milwaukee, Madison, and Appleton areas. The pair hope to have four trucks within the next three years.

Slinger, WI – Chris Goeman of Slinger and Kevin Smith are bringing a Lobster Truck to Washington County, WI.

“The truck should be arriving in a couple weeks,” said Goeman, owner of Goeman’s Rapid Mart on Highway 60.

Goeman, who is in partnership with his friend Kevin Smith, has secured the rights to the Cousins Lobster Truck for the Milwaukee, Madison, and Appleton areas.

“We are starting with one truck and planning on growing to four trucks in the next few years,” said Goeman.

Goeman and Smith are rolling out the new truck through a series of events.

“Friday, June 13 we will have our soft opening at Sahale Ale Work 1505 Wisconsin Ave # 170 Grafton.

“Saturday, June 14 is our Grand Opening at Woodman’s Foods in Oak Creek 8131 S Howell Ave Oak Creek WI.”

Goeman said aside from liking the product he really likes the owners of the franchise.
