West Bend, WI – Art and flowers come together for the 11th annual BLOOM weekend at the Museum of Wisconsin Art (MOWA), 205 Veterans Ave., West Bend, WI.
This year’s annual event includes a series of workshops taught by floral experts on techniques such as how to create an evergreen swag or master the Japanese art of Ikebana to create a perfect floral arrangement.
