April 14, 2026 – Hartford, WI – Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing, LLC in Germantown, WI, is looking to purchase 12.63 acres at 1501 Innovatinon Way in Hartford, Wi, for a new $9 million manufacturing, warehouse and office facility that would employ 37 people.
According to the Hartford plan commission, the metal fabrication and machining business would initially build an 80,000-square-foot facility with expansion possible up to 160,000 square feet.
The Hartford common council and finance committee will review the proposal during its meeting Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing has been in Germantown, Wi, since 2011.

– Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing LLC is proposing to purchase a 12.63 acre portion of 1501 Innovation Way (Tax Key: 36-1804-002-015). Approximately 9.9 acres of the 12.63 acres are buildable. The Purchase Price for the Property will be $24,000.00 per acre for approximately 9.90 net buildable acres for a total purchase price of $237,600.00.
-Closing Prorations Notwithstanding anything in the Offer to the contrary, the Property is entirely tax exempt for 2026, and no net general real estate taxes shall be due from either Buyer or Seller at closing.
-The Hartford finance committee meets at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the council chambers at City Hall. The common council meeting follows at 7 p.m. The meetings are free and open to the public.
