December 14, 2021 – West Bend, WI – There are two stories coming out of Long Branch Saloon, 1800 Barton Avenue, in West Bend, WI.
Boro Buzdum, the owner of the property, has posted, “The building is for sale or lease. Located at 1800 Barton Avenue.”
Buzdum made it clear, his note encompasses both the building and business.
On the Long Branch Saloon social media page, Becky Buzdum has posted:
“It is with a heavy heart that we need to share with you our last day of business will be January 2. I feel horrible for such short notice, but due to unforeseen reasons our hands are tied. As much as it breaks me to even say, we are asking that you spread the word so any outstanding gift certificates can be used as we will be closed as planned from December 20-27.
These last 18 months have been truly amazing. Thank you to our amazing customers & my unbelievable staff. We hope you join us over the next few weeks to celebrate the holidays & help us end the year with a bang.”
The parcel is owned by Boro Buzdum.

He purchased it Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, for $100,000.
It was June 2019 when the property was listed for sale.  At that time the price was $425,000.
Buzdum put the building up for sale in early November 2021; he is asking $575,000 for the property.
