September 8, 2022 – Town of Addison, WI – More details being released on a two-vehicle crash at the top of the hill on Highway 33 at Aurora Road. The accident occurred around 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
For motorists head west, the sun is definitely a factor while driving.
Washington County Sheriff Martin Schulteis shared the shift notes on the call.
22-29196 Minor PI @ Hy 33/Aurora – Driver was not paying attention and struck other vehicle from the rear that was waiting to turn.

Emergency crews on scene included Allenton Fire and Rescue and Washington County Sheriff’s Department.

The Allenton Fire Department is on scene along with Washington County Sheriffs. Â No word yet on injuries.
Westbound traffic is being routed north down Aurora Road. Â Eastbound traffic on Highway 33 is being allowed through.
