Washington Co., WI – The Washington County Trail Sharks were at their last mountain bike race of the season. They raced on the state course in Waterloo, WI; Trek Headquarters’ for mountain bike trails.
The team had another great weekend of racing with weather that was perfect for the racers and the fans.

The course has numerous hills, roots, rocks, and berms and was packed with over 1,100 racers and all of their fans.
The Trail Sharks came home with four more medals; Anja Lanser and Kendra Schmitt, placed 3rd and 5th in the state for their varsity race. Ayla Abraham placed 4th for her race series, which is all five races together and Anja Lanser placed 3rd.
Congratulations also to these athletes for scoring in their individual series too; Gabe Rogaczewski (12th), Kendra Schmitt (7th), Lexi Schubert (12th), and Quentin Willmas (14th).
West Bend East team also placed 8th in the state with 53 teams in their division.
