A fabulous interior renovation is nearing its end stages as Amy and Kevin Zimmer have taken on the yeoman’s task of remodeling the former Schwai’s Restaurant in Cedar Creek. On Friday, following the announcement Sobelmamn’s Pub & Grill would be opening a franchise at the location in the next few months, Tommy Schwai added some insight to the unique design behind portions of the remodel. A hearty ‘thank you’ to the Zimmers for their dedication and commitment to maintaining the history in Washington County.
