Sept. 29, 2017 – Town of Farmington, WI – This past Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 5:13 p.m. the Washington County Sheriff’s Department responded to the Shalom Wildlife Sanctuary, 1901 Shalom Drive in the Town of Farmington, to investigate a drone flying over the property harassing and scaring the animals.
The investigation revealed the operator was likely off-site when the complainant observed the dark quad-copter flying in the enclosure. The property owners are concerned the drone is causing undue stress to all of the animals.
