May 4, 2023 – Slinger, WI – Funeral services are set for May 4, 2023, for Scott D. Mantz, 62, of Slinger, Wi, who unexpectedly passed away in a motor vehicle accident on April 26, 2023.
According to Slinger Police Chief Dean Schmidt the accident occurred Wednesday evening at 7:47 p.m. at the intersection of State Hwy 60 and Hwy 144.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

Memorial services for Scott will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union Street, Hartford, WI 53027), with Pastor Joshua Gyson officiating. Scott’s family will greet friends and relatives for visitation from 3 p.m., until the start of service at 5 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
