1 man killed in vehicle vs. semi crash in Dodge County, WI | By Dodge Co. Sheriff

June 13, 2025 – Dodge Co., Wi – On June 13, 2025, at approximately 10:10 a.m., Dodge County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a car verses semi crash on County Highway A/ I south of County Highway S in town of Oak Grove, Dodge County, WI.

Preliminary investigation shows a silver 2012 Buick Regal was northbound on County Highway A/I when it failed to negotiate a slight right hand curve, entering the southbound lane.  The Buick Regal then collided with a southbound white, 2023 International semi pulling a trailer.   The semi came to rest across both lanes of traffic and the Buick came to rest against a tree on the east side of the roadway.

The driver of the Buick was a 42-year-old male from Watertown and had to be extricated from the vehicle.  He was flown to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee where he was later pronounced deceased.

The driver of the International semi was a 50-year-old from Richton Park, Illinois.  He suffered minor injuries and was treated at the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam.

Assisting at the scene were Juneau Fire Department, Juneau EMS, Beaver Dam Fire Department, Beaver Dam Paramedics, Horicon Fire Department, Horicon EMS, Burnett Fire Department, Juneau Police Department, DCERT, and Flight for Life.

Names are being withheld pending notification of family, and the crash remains under by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team.
