Flight for Life transport of Hartford man following accident in Washington Co. | By Sgt. Uhan 

September 26, 2021 – Town of Addison, WI – On Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 3 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a two vehicle crash located at the intersection of County Highway K and Addison Road in the Town of Addison.
Deputies responded along with personnel from Allenton and St. Lawrence Fire Departments, Hartford Rescue, and Lifestar Rescue.
The first vehicle was occupied by an adult male and female from Illinois. Both of them had to be extricated and suffered minor injuries.
The second vehicle was occupied by an adult male from Hartford. He was transported to Hartford airport, in order for Lifenet helicopter to transport to Aurora Summit. His injuries are unknown.

The crash remains under investigation, although a preliminary investigation revealed the offending driver  failed to stop at the intersection.
