August 22, 2026 – Dodge Co., Wi – The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a serious injury crash on County Highway A and County Highway W in the town of Oak Grove, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

At approximately 7:55 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, deputies responded to a report of two vehicle crash at the intersection of County Highway A and County Highway W. Initial investigation determined a 2020 Ford Edge had been traveling eastbound on County Highway W.
It failed to yield the right of way from the stop sign to a semi tractor/trailer that was traveling southbound on County Highway A. The Ford Edge struck the semi on County Highway A.
The Ford was driven by a 68-year-old woman from Cable, Wisconsin. There were two juvenile passengers inside of the vehicle. The driver suffered serious, possible life-threatening, injuries and was transported by EMS to Marshfield Medical Center Beaver Dam Hospital.
Both juvenile passengers suffered suspected minor injuries and were also transported by EMS to Marshfield Medical Center. The driver was later flown to UW Hospital in Madison.
The driver of the semi was assessed by EMS and released on scene. He was identified as a 71-year-old man from Milton, Wisconsin.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by the Beaver Dam Fire Department / Paramedics, Dodge County Emergency Response Team, Juneau Fire Department/EMS, Burnett Fire Department, Horicon Fire/EMS, Wisconsin State Patrol, Mikes Towing, and Advanced Towing. This crash remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
