May 4, 2025 – Dodge Co., Wi – On May 4, 2025, at 12:55 pm, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a call reference a three-vehicle crash with injuries at the intersection of County Highway TW and County Highway S in the township of Hubbard, Dodge County, WI.
Preliminary investigation shows that a 2017 Chevy Traverse, driven by an 81-year-old male from Hillsboro, WI, was southbound on County Highway TW and stopped at the intersection with CTH S.
The driver then failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of an eastbound 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck that was driven by a 67-year-old male from Iron Ridge.
The two units crashed, and this caused the Dodge to then strike a northbound 2024 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 56-year-old male from Iron Ridge, that was stopped at the south side of the intersection.
The driver of the Chevrolet truck did not suffer any injuries and was the only occupant.
The driver of the Traverse suffered minor injuries, was the only occupant, and was transported by ambulance to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam.
The driver of the Dodge Ram suffered minor injuries and was transported to the Hartford Hospital.
Two other occupants of the Dodge Ram were an 86-year-old female of Iron Ridge and a 60-year-old male from Lebanon, WI. The 86-year-old female suffered serious injuries, and the 60-year-old male suffered serious but nonlife-threatening injuries. These passengers were also transported to the Hartford Hospital.
Assisting at the scene were Horicon Fire Department, Horicon EMS, Juneau EMS, Beaver Dam Paramedics, and the Dodge County Emergency Response Team (DCERT).
This crash remains under the investigation of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team. Names are being withheld pending notification of the families.
