March 11, 2022 – Hartford, WI – The 2022 construction season for the City of Hartford will begin with the reconstruction of Harker Avenue.
Roadwork is expected to start Monday, March 21. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-June. Work will consist of complete removal and reconstruction of the water main and water services, sanitary sewer and sewer services, storm sewer, curb and gutter, the asphalt roadway, and sidewalk. Water and sewer services will be replaced to the back of the sidewalk.
Water services will be interrupted briefly when your old water service is abandoned, and the new service is connected.
The City of Hartford appreciates your patience and cooperation while construction is underway. Access to your home will be provided throughout construction. Occasionally
weather or unexpected conditions are encountered that might delay progress or cause
utility interruption.
